計畫目標 Goals

鼓勵南島民族青年參與國際事務，並提升渠等參與公共事務能力，以培育參加全球性與區域性之原住民族國際會議青年人才。

To encourage Austronesian youth to participate in international affairs and strengthen their ability of participation in public affairs, and to cultivate young talents to get involved in global and regional international conferences on indigenous peoples.

促進南島民族論壇各會員間文化與政策議題交流，建立對話與溝通平台，並延續彼此交流情誼。

To facilitate the exchange of culture and policy issues between members of the Austronesian Forum, establishing a dialogue and communication platform to continue mutual exchanges.

培訓青年國際事務人才，擔任南島民族論壇及原住民族委員會相關活動志工，強化行動力與公共參與力。

To promote cultivation of young talents in international affairs to serve as volunteers for the related activities of the Council of Indigenous Peoples (CIP) and the Austronesian Forum, and to enhance the effectiveness of their public participation.

培訓內容 Details

辦理日期：111年7月22日（星期五）至27日（星期三），計6日

Dates: 22th-27th July 2022, 6 days

辦理地點：臺東縣臺東市卑南族部落

權利 Rights

由南島民族論壇及原住民族委員會負擔臺灣培訓班課程費用。

The Austronesian Forum and Council of Indigenous Peoples (CIP) will bear the cost of this event.

全程參與者將頒發結訓證書乙張。

A certificate of completion will be issued to each participant upon the satisfactory completion of the entire training program.

本培訓計畫結訓證書可作為後續辦理相關海外實（研）習參訪團遴選證明。

The certificate of completion of this training program can be used as the selection certificate for subsequent and relevant overseas study delegations.

參加本次培訓班結訓之優秀學員，若亦報名區域培訓班，得優先由原住民族委員會遴選3名赴國外進行移地訓練。

If the outstanding participants of this event also apply for the regional training program, the Council of Indigenous Peoples (CIP) will select three among those outstanding participants to join the overseas training program.

為拓展原住民族青年串聯與實踐場域，原住民族委員會將遴選推薦本年度及歷年結訓之本國及南島學員組隊（以6人為限）參與教育部青年發展署「Young飛全球行動計畫」，獲推薦之團隊即取得團隊入選資格。

To expand the networking and practice areas for indigenous youth, the Council of Indigenous Peoples (CIP) will select and assemble a team (up to 6 people) of the Austronesian trainees from this year and previous years’ training programs to participate in the Youth Development Administration of the Ministry of Education’s Young Fly Global Action Program.

義務 Obligation

須全程參與。

The participants must attend the training program for its entirety.

須於本培訓班結束後 14 天內繳交心得報告乙篇（以英文撰寫；字數另訂）。

The participants must submit a report (in English; other requirements to be determined) within 14 days after the completion of this event.

須同意原住民族委員會將個人資料建置於其國際事務人才資料庫，並依個人資料法法規範圍內做後續使用及處理。

Please note that personal information will be stored in the International Affairs of Talents Database of the Council of Indigenous Peoples (CIP), and be used and processed within the scope of the Personal Data Protection Act.

配合南島民族論壇及原住民族委員會各項業務活動、擔任志工、參與該會辦理相關研討會 (活動) 或協助相關接待翻譯工作。

The participants must cooperate with the Austronesian Forum and Council of Indigenous Peoples (CIP) in its activities as volunteers to participate in seminars (activities) or assist in reception and translation.
