Sales Operation Admin (Part-Time) – Indigenous Identity Only
Your Role and Responsibilities
As a Sales Operation Admin, you will:
- Perform a variety of support responsibilities throughout the sale cycle from contract management till billing/& invoice tracking.
- Ensure that all transactions are handled with minimum impact to the customers and in compliance with all the audit guidelines and approved processes.
- Partner with brands project managers to ensure the signed contracts are timely registered and billed, signings are timely recognized.
- Ensure all the post sales activities are timely and accurately performed.
- Identify work process improvements and issue prevention activities.
- Perform other tasks as required, including but not limited to:

- Contract printing/packing support
- Contract scanning/filing/mailing support
- Invoice packing/mailing support
- Completion report/AR bank statement
- Chop admin for Contract management related chops
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
– Proficiency in English reading and writing
– Strong PC Skill in Excel, Powerpoint, Word
– Good analytical, documentation and organizational skills, with keen attention to detail
– Strong sense of responsibility and ownership
– Ability to work in a matrix organization and ability to interact globally
– Strong communication skills
– Self-motivated, team player, creative, well organized
– Able to work under pressure and tight schedule
– Able to work at least 2.5 days per week
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
– Proficiency in English speaking
